With over 50 years experience we are experts in progression metal pressings up to 4mm in thickness.

Our metal pressing plant comprises of C-frame and 4-pillar machines from 16 – 100 tonnes as well as a number of pneumatic and hydraulic machines for secondary operations and assembly.

These machines enable us to support requirements for complex and high tolerance parts in a range of materials, including components for insert moulding used at Labone and across our network of European manufacturing companies.

With in-house capabilities and excellent working relationships with our approved suppliers we can offer a wide range of sub contract operations. Examples include plating, heat treatment, degreasing, deburring, cleaning and other finishing operations.

Our experienced team of engineers work with our customers from initial product concept through material selection, in-house press tool design & manufacture, product & process implementation and into full production.
